Best of Quepos – As it cools down
Another great thing to do on a warm evening is take a stroll to the Molle. Here you’ll be able to check out the boats coming in to the marina and take in breathtaking sunsets. Here is also a great place to witness the high and low tide; during low tide almost all of the water is drained to the point where the boats docked are sitting in mud, a site to see!
If you’re interested in snorkeling or fishing head over to the park adjacent to the marina. Great snorkeling can be had here; equipment can be rented typically at hostels and hotels. For some excitement there is ocean access by jumping off a small cliff otherwise there is a swim in entrance. Lobster is abundant in this area; lobster diving is a great activity here. For fishing all you need is to bring your own pole and bait and see what catch of the day you can hook on your line!
Best of Quepos- Shopping
If you’re in need of souvenirs for yourself or gifts to take home to your family and friends pay a visit to the open-air market located next to Sargento Garcia’s and the playground. reasonable then in more touristy shops.
