Villas Jaquelina is surrounded with lush landscapes filled with natural wildlife ranging from grazing horses to Iguanas that live on site. With construction being completed only 4 years ago, travelers can enjoy themselves in modern accommodations with ample natural light and complementary WIFI throughout the property. Villas Jacquelina is 10 minutes walking from central Quepos and a cab from central Quepos to Villas Jacquelina runs at $3 or less.  This B&B is located in a safe family neighborhood called “Finca los Alfaro”. The Alfaro farm area is well known for it’s striking beauty while being close to Quepos. Guests love that they are so close to town yet feel like they are miles away.  The marina that facilitates boating, fishing , and all other aquatic activities is also located within walking distance from Villas Jacquelina. World famous Manuel Antonio beaches are located a mere 7km away and are easily accessible. Central bus station is a 12 minute walk or 3 minute cab ride away.

 Quepos Central Bus Station to Villas Jacquelina (on foot)

- Walk west (toward the ocean) and take your first right at the first intersection you come to . (100 meters)

- Continue on this street (passing ICT and then super 2000 on your left). (6 minutes) (3/4 kilometer)

- When this street comes to T at the mountain, turn left (head north)

- Walk 100 meters to the nearest dirt road that will be on you right.

- Continue strait on this main dirt road and you will arrive at Villas Jacquelina on your left. 6 minutes (3/4 kilometer)

-Taxi's know where we are located and cost 1,500colones ($3.00) from the center of town.

Central Quepos to Villas Jacquelina (Taxi)

Tell the cab driver you would like to go to Villas Jacquelina por 'Finca Los Alfaro,'. It should be about 1,500 colones ($3) from anywhere in Quepos.


San Jose to Villas Jacquelina

If you are coming from the San Jose/Jaco direction, head south toward Quepos on the main road that will bring you into the town of Quepos. After you pass the gas station near Quepos, take your next left onto a small, single lane bridge with a yellow fenced walking path, called Puente Lo Lo. The bridge will be the first left you can make after passing the gas station and is about 1 kilometer from the gas station. (If you cross the bridge that enters into downtown Quepos, you have gone too far.) Once you find the small, single lane bridge called Puente lo lo, cross the bridge and take your first left onto the closest unpaved road. Follow that road for about 600 meters and you will see Villas Jacquelina on the left.

 

 Dominical to Villas Jacquelina

Stay on the highway until you pass Maxi Pali. Take your first left headed south toward Quepos on the main road into the town of Quepos. After you pass the gas station near Quepos, take your next left onto a small, single lane bridge with a yellow fenced walking path, called Puente Lo Lo  . The bridge will be the first left you can make after passing the gas station and is about 1 kilometer from the gas station. San Jose to Quepos (Bus)

           Take a taxi from San José International Airport to theTracopa Bus Terminal in San José. Locate
Transportes Tracopa Public bus transportation from Tracopa bus terminal. Tickets are approximately $8 per person one-way to the Quepos/Manuel Antonio Bus Terminal and you can pay in dollars or in colones. There is no boarding at San José Airport; only at the Tracopa Bus terminal.
           It will take a little over 3 hours to get to Quepos/Manuel Antonio from San José.
There are Colectivo(c) buses that will take about an hour longer, cost a little less, and are
more frequent in the day. Be sure to keep your belongings in sight until the bus driver puts them in the storage under the bus. He will give you a claim ticket.

San Jose to Quepos (Air)

The Quepos airport is 5km out of town and taxis make the trip for US$5 to US$10 (depending on traffic). Sansa has six daily flights between San José and Quepos (one way/round-trip US$75-150), and NatureAir (US$75/150) has four. In Quepos, the office for Sansa (777 0683) is on the southwest corner of the soccer field, while NatureAir (777 2548) is on the 2nd floor above Iguana Tours.
