We have experience in working with influencers and running retreats. We have found that we excel in this role and provide exactly what is needed to produce an overwhelmingly positive experience. Our dedicated team does the leg work of organizing your group's accommodation, transportation, nature excursions, and meals.  We have a network of service providers and a dedicated team that will work to make sure your group has an exceptional experience. 

We have designed our influencer retreats to be no-risk for influencers.  We don't charge our influencers anything. We purchase your flights and provide food, transportation, nature excursions, accommodation, and insurance all free for our influencers. Retreats require a minimum of 5 participants. If an influencer can not attract more than 5 participants 90 days before travel, we will cancel or reschedule the retreat.  

We collaborate on marketing efforts to promote your programs and reach a wider audience. We use our powerful blog and search engine optimization to share your event and generate leads. 

We'll take care of providing two delicious and healthy meals per day, prepared by our talented chefs using locally sourced, fresh ingredients. We can account for all dietary restrictions and varieties. Your attendees will savor every moment of their culinary experience. The cost of these meals are built into the package we offer and the menu can be adjusted to your desires at any point.

Included with the 6-night package are 5 nature excursions that will give participants an unparalleled opportunity to connect with nature and unwind in some of the most surreal landscapes Costa Rica has to offer.  Here are the five nature excursions we have planned for your group:

Manuel Antonio National Park tour 

Our group will get a guided hiking tour in the morning and make the park our classroom for the afternoon.    (a $65 value)

Full-day waterfall adventure

This full-day waterfall adventure will take us to 2-3 local waterfalls deep in the Costa Rican jungle. (a $130 value)

Paddleboarding to Playa Beizans

This morning activity will take us from Quepos to one of our favorite local beaches and will give participants a chance to work on their yoga moves from atop a paddleboard.  (a $75 value)

Churro River Eco Lodge  

Travel into the jungle to one of our favorite eco-lodges where we will do yoga on their incredible riverside yoga deck and play in the beautiful river. This is the perfect backdrop for our closing ceremony and graduation. (a $40 value)

Sunset or Morning Catamaran Tour

This sunset or morning cruise is one of the area's best and most popular tours and is included in your retreat package. (a $90 value)

We handle all your group transportation needs. From airport shuttles to and from Quepos, to transportation to beaches or nature excursions, we will organize and provide all necessary transportation. These costs are built into the package we offer. Not included is evening transportation for participants wanting to go out to explore the area. Uber, taxis, or public transportation is always readily available in our area.  

Our professional and attentive staff is committed to making each moment of the experience memorable and enriching. We are here to help with any issues that may arise. We clean the property and inside rooms daily, prepare and serve all meals, and are available 24/7 for emergencies.  

We feel that offering you and your community peace of mind, is one of the best things we can offer. Thats why our packages include group travel insurance. The comprehensive insurance we purchase for each group covers things like: Trip cancelations, trip interruption, trip delays, missed travel connections, emergency accidents or sickness, lost or stolen items, and more.

As the featured retreat guest, your job as an influencer is to convince your followers to join you on this epic journey. We will provide helpful content that should help you sell the retreat to your community. We will expect you to market the retreat to your followers over a 6 month period with the goal of selling out your retreat.  Retreats need a minimum of 7 participants. 

As the featured guest, your job is to help us host your event. Your community will be there to see, spend time, and learn from you. This means that you need to set a specific amount of time you plan to spend with your group. All planned activities that are included with the retreat will be the main times you will be required to host. It is your job to find additional time to spend getting to know your community. We suggest a few smaller group activities that will give your followers more dedicated time with you. 

We want to help you create an experience that is specific to our influencers.  If you're a health and wellness influencer, we can create a retreat that features healthy food, exercise activities, and wellness workshops. If you are a chef, we can help provide a kitchen where you can cook and experiment with your retreat participants. No matter your niche, we will help to create a unique experience that will most benefit your community.
