Our packages are discounted to incentivize studios to join our partnership. By purchasing our teacher training or retreat package, your studio is automatically receiving deep discounts on nature excursions, transportation, and meals while also securing comfortable yet affordable accommodation for your event. These package discounts lead to higher profit margins for your studio and a greater value to your participants.   

We can collaborate on marketing efforts to promote your programs and reach a wider audience. We use our powerful blog and search engine optimization to share your event and generate leads. 

We'll take care of providing two delicious and healthy meals per day, prepared by our talented chefs using locally sourced, fresh ingredients. We can account for all dietary restrictions and varieties. Your attendees will savor every moment of their culinary experience. The cost of these meals are built into the package we offer and the menu can be adjusted to your desires at any point.

Included with your 17-night package are 4 nature excursions that will give trainees an unparalleled opportunity to connect with nature and unwind in some of the most surreal landscapes Costa Rica has to offer.  Here are the four nature excursions we have planned for your group:

Manuel Antonio National Park tour 

Your group will get a guided hiking tour in the morning and make the park our classroom for the afternoon.    

Half-day waterfall adventure

This half-day waterfall adventure will take us to 2 local waterfalls deep in the Costa Rican jungle.

Paddleboarding to Playa Beizans

This morning activity will take us from Quepos to one of our favorite local beaches and will give participants a chance to work on their yoga moves from atop a paddleboard. 

Churro River Eco Lodge for Graduation   

Travel into the jungle to one of our favorite eco-lodges where we will do yoga on their incredible riverside yoga deck and play in the beautiful river. This is the perfect backdrop for our closing ceremony and graduation. 

We handle all your group transportation needs. From airport shuttles to and from Quepos, to transportation to beaches or nature excursions, we will organize and provide all necessary transportation. These costs are built into the package we offer. Not included is evening transportation for participants wanting to go out to explore the area. Uber, taxis, or public transportation is always readily available in our area.  

Our professional and attentive staff is committed to making each moment of the experience memorable and enriching. We are here to help with any issues that may arise. We clean the property and inside rooms daily, prepare and serve all meals, and are available 24/7 for emergencies.  

We feel that offering you and your community peace of mind, is one of the best things we can offer. Thats why our packages include group travel insurance. The comprehensive insurance we purchase for each group covers things like: Trip cancelations, trip interruption, trip delays, missed travel connections, emergency accidents or sickness, lost or stolen items, and more.

Our teacher training partnerships begin with the community. It is our hope that most, if not all participants will come directly from your community, however, we will also look to advertise your offering to our community in an effort to assist you in filling your enrollment. 

As the retreat leader, you'll have the opportunity to craft a program that aligns with your unique style and vision. Your presence will undoubtedly elevate the experience, creating a profound and authentic connection with your community. We recommend a 17 or 28-day (200-hour) training depending on your curriculum needs and ability to teach part of your curriculum online or in your studio before the training. 

Your studio will be responsible for appropriate compensation for your yoga teacher trainers, flights in and out of Costa Rica for your staff, and any marketing expenses that come with selling or advertising your teacher training to your community.  Our profit and loss spreadsheet estimates a $1,700 budget to cover these expenses and we include these expenses when calculating your estimated profit margins. 

Your teacher trainers are included as part of our package, therefore,  they can expect to enjoy accommodation, meals, transportation, and nature excursions at no additional cost.
